Yes. Our migration team handles the entire move at no cost, give us your current hosting details and we'll transfer your site with near-zero downtime, test it, and only switch your domain over once everything checks out.
What infrastructure do you run on?
Each site runs in its own container on a performance-tuned Nginx stack, with Redis object caching on Business and Agency plans, off-site backups to Amazon S3, and Let's Encrypt SSL. Everything sits behind the Cloudflare CDN so it loads fast worldwide.
What happens if my site gets hacked while you host it?
Malware removal is included with hosting, under fair use. If something gets through, we clean it up and restore from backup, you're not left to deal with it alone. We do ask that you keep plugins and themes updated; chronic reinfection from outdated or nulled plugins isn't covered indefinitely.
How often are backups taken?
It depends on your plan, we offer automated daily, weekly, or monthly backups, all restorable on request, so your data is always recoverable.
